Come join us for coffee and bagels to celebrate this new community spot to connect and enjoy the library and beauty of the Halfway Brook.
The 38’ x 20’ deck, built by William Daw Construction, was conceived of as a place in which the community could take advantage of the beautiful outside space alongside Halfway Brook. The library will provide tables, chairs, and an umbrella.
There will be free wifi, giving our neighbors a place to come with their coffee or snack and enjoy reading, using their laptops, or meeting friends. We expect that those that use the deck will respect the space and take their trash with them when they leave.
