Riders will across the Roebling Bridge to Route 97, then turn onto River Road...

Join the butterfly bikes as the pass and traverse along River Road to the Farmers’ Market
(Recommended for Kids, Rollerskates, Scooters, Walkers, Wheelchairs, or Mobility Challenges.)

$10 Individuals: includes Butterfly Balls

$20 Families: includes Butterfly Balls

Butterfly Balls are clay balls infused with milkweed and/or native pollinator wildflower seeds.

Additional Butterfly Balls can be purchased onsite.

Cyclists register at 10 am at the Fish & Wildlife Parking Lot next to Zane Grey in Lackawaxen, PA. (See map above.)

Walkers register on at the entrance to the River Road Beach on the west-end of the road.

 

Bike riders meet at the Zane Grey Parking Lot in Lackawaxen, PA at 10am.

All River Road Walkers to meet at the beach entrance at the bend in the road on the northwest end of the street.
Seed balls for walkers are $5 per bag.

WHAT TO BRING:

Bike helmets. They are required by law.
Filled Water Bottled. (No running water onsite).

Light refreshments will be provided at the end of the ride.

What are Butterfly Balls?

Clay balls rolled with pollinator favored flower seeds.
These seed balls can be tossed in your garden or yard.
We will be tossing them at 4-5 locations along our Bike Tour.
