Port Jervis – Middletown Medical
The Barryville location closed as of July 31, 2023. We are pleased to announce that we opened a new location at 100 Pike Street, Port Jervis, NY. The new location will offer Primary Care and Urgent Care services. We will have extended hours and offer imaging services including X-ray and Cat Scan.
Amanda Hansen, PA and Dr. Kaitlyn Simpson will be available in Port Jervis to continue all of your healthcare needs.
