Special Notice – Due to an unexpected 163% increase in cost, the Town of Highland Lions Club, Jeff Bank, the Greater Barryville Chamber of Commerce, and the Town of Highland have decided to discontinue the shredding service currently located at the Town Hall building in Eldred.
