Inspired by the stories of Greek heroines, the box collective explores how tragic wounds traverse the mythological and penetrate the personal experiences of modern women.
How do our bodies and psyches hold these wounds and what is their medicine? So far, these stories have been told through the male lens and these women portrayed as villains. But why? Are they not the heroines of their story? Can the contemporary woman uncover, understand, access, and liberate the medicine within these ancient wounds?
