From sketching to stitching. Learn the elements of embroidery design. Drawing exercises and a few basic stitches can turn your drawings into stunning, meaningful embellishments!
Christi Johnson, author of the beautiful book Mystical Stitches, is textile artist and teacher of meaningful stitching and sustainability. She invites our community to join her workshop; “Our world is brimming with myth and story… my work pulls these stories out of the ether and into stitches on fibers, and through my kits and workshops, you’re invited to join me in the process.” We are so honored to host Christi for this special afternoon.
